The biannual conference on Cybernetics provides a premier international forum for researchers and practitioners to report the latest innovations, summarize the state-of-the-art, and exchange ideas and advances in all aspects of Cybernetics. It is sponsored by IEEE Systems, Man and Cybernetics Society and continues the tradition of IEEE SMC Conferences organized annually with three main components including Systems Engineering, Human-Machine Systems and Cybernetics. IEEE SMC Society decided to organize conferences on each of the three main streams biannually. 

The previous conference on Cybernetics (CYBCONF2013) was in the beautiful city of Lausanne in 2013.
